A useful guide with the most important rules for booking a room and staying at our hotel.

Check in - check out (arrival - travel)

Check-in: 14:00
Check-out: 10:00
Early check-in: 12:00 - 14:00 (+4.000 Ft/room)
Late check-out: 10:00 - 12:00 (+4.000 Ft/room)
Rooms can be booked from 14:00 on the day of arrival and are available until 10:00 on the day of departure. The hotel offers the possibility of early arrival and late departure, subject to availability, for a fee.
If you wish to occupy the room before 7:00 am on the day of arrival, the full room rate will be charged for the night before.
For late check-out, after 12:00, we charge 2.000,- HUF/room for each additional hour, while after 17:00 the full room rate will be charged.

City tax (Tourist tax - IFA)

Our offered rates do not include city tax, which you can pay at the hotel. It is charged at the rate of 300,- HUF/person/night for persons over 18 years of age.

Confirming your reservation

We will confirm your reservation in writing. Only after our written confirmation will your reservation be considered final.

Guarantee

In certain cases – indicated in the offer or our confirmation – we may ask for credit card details or a deposit to guarantee reservations. In this case, the confirmation will take effect if the requested deposit or credit card details are received by the date set in the confirmation. In the absence of prior notification, advance payment or credit card details, hotel rooms will be cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival without notification by the hotel.

General cancellation policy

All individual room reservations can be cancelled free of charge by until 16:00 on the 3rd day prior to arrival. In case of late cancellation up to 2 days before arrival, 50% of the accommodation fee will be charged, in case of late cancellation up to 1 day before arrival or no-show, 100% of the accommodation fee will be charged as compensation for non-arrival.

General terms and conditions of payment

The price of the services ordered can be paid by credit card or cash at the hotel, or bank transfer or by credit card on our website. Other methods of payment on the spot: Széchenyi Pihenő Card (OTP, K&H, MKB), vouchers issued by the hotel and/or its contract partners.

Addresses

Our provided rates include VAT. In the event of a change in the tax rate set by the VAT Act in force, our prices are subject to change without notice.

Overview

Buffet breakfast: a rich buffet breakfast is served in the breakfast room of our hotel.

Half board: lunch and dinner are served at the hotel's partner restaurant, IL Primo, with a choice of menus. Drinks are not included in the half board rate.

Smoking

All rooms at the hotel are non-smoking.

Accommodation for pets

Small pets can be accommodated in the hotel for a fee of 3.000 HUF / pet / night.

Parking

In the public car park in front of the hotel, subject to availability.

Parking is free of charge.

Internet

Unlimited wireless internet is available throughout the hotel.
