The price does not include
- Tourist tax above the age of 18: 300,-HUF/person/night.
- Small pet fee: 3.000,- HUF / pet / night
Further information:
- Prices include VAT.
- No extra beds available in the rooms.
- Rooms can be booked from 14:00 on the day of arrival and are available until 10:00 on the day of departure. In case of need, a room for luggages and luggage-transfer service are available. In cases of alternative arrival times, please be kind to notify our reception!
- In the absence of prior notification, advance payment or credit card details, hotel rooms will be cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival without notification by the hotel.
Cancellation policy:
- The ordered services can be cancelled for 3 days before arrival without any compensation fees for late cancellation or missed cancellation deadline.
- In case of cancellation up to 1-2 days before arrival, 30% of the accommodation fee will be charged, in case of late cancellation up to 1 day before arrival or no-show, 100% of the accommodation fee will be charged as compensation for late cancellation or missed cancellation deadline
Terms of payment:
- 30% of the total amount must be paid as deposit within 5 business days after receiving our official confirmation letter.
- In case of arrival within 3 days after confirmation, payment is only required at the hotel.
- In case of arrival within 2 or more months after confirmation, deposit should be paid 1 month before arrival at the latest.
- In case of bank transfer, please refer to your reservation number and include your name and address in the comment section, which is required for your deposit invoice.
