Further information:

• Prices include VAT.
• No extra beds available in the rooms
• Our guests can occupy the hotel room on the day of arrival from 2pm. On the day of check-out we kindly ask you to leave your room until 10am. If you wish to extend your departure time, please consult the reception about the possibilities and extra charges.
• In case of need room for luggages and luggage-transfer service are available.
• Without previous notice, demand payment or bank card guarantee in 48 hours before arrival will be the reservation automatically cancelled.

Cancellation policy:

• The ordered service can be demited for 3 days before arrival without any amends.
• If you resign your reservation in 1 or 2 days before your arrival, you should pay 30 percent of the package to reimburse. If you don’t show up, you must pay a hundred percent of the package reimburse.

Terms of payment:

• 30% of the total ammount needs to be paid as demand within 5 days from getting the official confirmation of reservation.
• By arrival within 3 days payment is only in the Hotel required.
• In case of early booking the latest expiration date of payment is one month before the arrival.
• By bank transfer is necessary to give the exact billing name and adress as a comment.
